As the devastating LA fires continue to impact our community, we at Sol Angeles want to take a moment to reflect, spread awareness, and share how we are stepping up to help. For us, California is more than just home—it’s the heart and soul of our brand. Watching these fires unfold has been deeply saddening, but it’s also reminded us of the strength and resilience of our community.
A Commitment Rooted in California
As a brand with deep roots in Los Angeles and the broader California coast, we’ve always drawn inspiration from the beauty, energy, and spirit of our home. Seeing this region, its people, and its landscapes face such devastation has been heartbreaking. Yet, as Californians, we are no strangers to challenges, and our resolve to support our community remains stronger than ever.
Mobilizing for Relief Efforts
Last week, the fires broke out, leaving a trail of destruction and displacement in their wake. In response, we quickly rallied as a team to determine how we could contribute.
On January 14, in partnership with O'Neill USA, and as part of the La Jolla Group family, we turned our headquarters into a 24-hour donation collection center. This effort allowed us to gather essential supplies for those in need, providing immediate relief to affected families and individuals.
Additionally, our founders, Lindsey and Eli Myers, have been actively working to make meaningful contributions to relief efforts. Their determination and leadership have inspired our team to do more, and we are committed to finding additional ways to support recovery efforts.

Stay resilient, stay hopeful, and let’s continue to support one another.
